Foodelis accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or in-store credits. Items must be returned undamaged, clean, and unopened.

Cases for returns

1. In case of cancellation.

Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases through our customer service department, as long as the product has not been processed (it has left our logistics facilities towards its destination), modifications or cancellations may be made.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, that is, the product has left our facilities towards the destination, the customer must assume payment of the transportation costs caused by the cancellation.

2. In case of returns due to purchase withdrawal.

All products purchased at www.foodelis.com may be returned and refunded, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the purchased product(s) within a maximum period of 14 days, counted from the date of delivery and that meet the rest of the conditions established in this section.

Returns will only be accepted that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its packaging.

Shipping must be made using the same protective box in which it was received to protect the product.

In the event that you cannot obtain the protective box with which it was delivered, you must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the warehouse with the greatest possible guarantees.

A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.

After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the item(s) purchased.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will assume the transportation costs and risks of both delivery and return. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 30 business days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, in the case of Card purchases, or by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made.

Partial returns and cancellations will give rise to a partial refund of the total amount paid for the entire order. Shipping, refund and gift packaging costs will not be refunded in case the return is partial. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer for orders paid by refund.

Products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them will not be exchanged or returned.

Based on the provisions of art. 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

  • a) The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

  • b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

  • c) The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

  • d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • f) The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

  • g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the businessman cannot control.

  • h) Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the businessman to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; If, during that visit, the businessman provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods. .

  • i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

  • j) The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

  • k) Contracts concluded through public auctions.

  • l) The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

  • m) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

3. In case of returns for wrong, defective or poor condition products.

In the case of defective products, the replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be carried out, as appropriate, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form info@foodelis.com, providing the product and order data, as well as the damage it suffers, always accompanied by photographs that show the damage to the product.

Once the notification is received, we will contact you to inform you how to proceed.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

Send an e-mail to Customer Service info@foodelis.com to request withdrawal or change. We will tell you if the withdrawal is appropriate and how to act.

Include all items received (item, box, instructions and invoice).

Once the package is received, we will proceed to identify and verify the status of the returned products. This operation may take 48 hours, as each item is analyzed to verify that it corresponds to the one actually sent.

Once the verification is complete, we will send you an approval email or call you by phone and we will immediately proceed with the exchange or return. If there is any discrepancy, we will contact you with the same urgency.
