Shipping policy
All our shipments are made with express shipping method. This way you ensure the delivery of the order on the same day (as long as it meets the general conditions). The delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (business days) depending on the destination city.

GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email. Normally orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will be sent that same day and will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours (business days).
Orders placed on Friday until 4:00 p.m. will be delivered starting Monday.
During promotional periods (example: days before and after Black Friday), shipments may be slightly delayed due to the large volume of orders handled during that period of time.
In some cases and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time you can indicate it in the order observations. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case since it depends on the schedules and routes of the transport company.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss or theft.
